Share purchase agreement between KPP and Sequana – Antalis

Antalis has been informed of the exercise by Sequana, its majority shareholder, of the exercise of the put option and the signature of the share purchase agreement with Kokusai Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. (KPP) on 19 May 2020, pursuant to which Sequana would sell to KPP all of its Antalis shares, representing 75.2% of the share capital and 82.5% of the voting rights (based on a share capital comprised of 71,000,000 shares and 129,490,457 voting rights as at 30 April 2020) at a price of 0.10 euro per share.

New flame retardancy certificates from AWTA for design2wall products 2517 and 2515

The Australian Wool Testing Authority Ltd. (AWTA Product Testing) has awarded two non-woven wallpapers from Sihl its Flame Retardance Certificate after extensive testing. This means that the products are now tested not only in accordance with European standards but also with Australian and New Zealand standards.

Mondi produces and donates protective medical gowns for key health care workers in Germany

Mondi, leading global packaging and paper group, has contributed material and processing expertise to produce plastic protective gowns for staff at local nursing homes and retirement facilities in order to help mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in Germany. The first 500 of these disposable, single-use garments have been delivered to the regional districts Civil Protection Authority in Diepholz, who will oversee the distribution to facilities that need it most. Mondi plans to produce 10,000 gowns in the coming months.

Katariina Kravi is a Finnish citizen and joins most recently from a position as Chief People and Culture Officer at Tieto Oyj, a leading Nordic software and services company. Previously she has held several HR management positions at Nokia. She has a masters degree in law.
