SCG-Dow Group Announces Formation of 50/50 Joint Venture to Build Specialty Elastomers Plant in Thailand

SCG-Dow Group, a joint venture of The Dow Chemical Company (Dow) and Siam Cement Group (SCG) announced today that it has established a 50/50 joint venture to begin constructing a specialty elastomers train located in the Asia Industrial Estate in Rayong Province, Thailand. The specialty elastomers train is expected to commence operations in 2011.
