The Solae team at the Marks & Spencers Food Innovation Expo. The Solae Company — a DuPont and Bunge joint venture — recently participated in a food innovation expo, held by Marks & Spencer — a leading U.K. retailer with presence in 40 countries. The expo was designed to help retailers and suppliers inspire and stimulate ideas through information.
