Royal DSM N.V., the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company headquartered in the Netherlands, today announces that DSM Biomedical obtained an exclusive world-wide license for a unique drug & biologic delivery system developed by MediVas LLC, a San Diego based biomedical company. Dow Announces Start Up of New Solution Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SSBR) Plant in Europe

Dow Europe announced today the start up of a new Solution Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SSBR) plant in Schkopau, Germany. The new facility includes a capacity rights agreement with JSR Corporation, based in Japan. Dow owns and operates the new asset. This new plant is a world-scale facility with a production capacity of 60 KT (132 MM lbs).

Invercote certified for HP Indigo

The new Invercote Creato from Iggesund Paperboard is now certified for use in HP Indigos digital presses. The certification covers grammages from 200 to 350 g/m2. Iggesund is now launching a Digital Sample Pack, which can be ordered from merchants who carry Invercote.
