Lexon Technologies, Inc. Completes Reverse Merger with Paragon Toner

Lexon Technologies, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: LEXO) has completed a reverse merger with Paragon Toner Inc., (www.ptoner.com), a Southern California based manufacturer of recycled toner cartridges. The effective date of the merger is October 22, 2009.

Elle, the famous magazine dedicated to the feminine world, was born in France in 1945 and today is read by more than 20 million readers all over the world through 42 local editions. The French edition, published by Lagardère Active, is a weekly magazine with a circulation exceeding 350,000 copies.

NewPage To Take Approximately 160,000 Tons of Market-Related Downtime in Fourth Quarter 2009

NewPage Corporation today announced that it plans to take approximately 160,000 tons of market-related downtime in the fourth quarter of 2009. Specific operating and curtailment plans, as well as timing, are still being developed and will be implemented across the flexible NewPage mill system to best satisfy customer commitments. This plan is expected to include the indefinite shutdown of the No. 63 paper machine at the Whiting, Wisconsin mill.
