Metso´s Mining and Construction Technology´s new office facilities in York, Pennsylvania, the USA, were inaugurated on May 17, 2010 by Metsos President and CEO Jorma Eloranta. The new office premises support Metso´s capability to serve its mining customers globally and in the US market. The 7,000 m2 of new office space will provide employment opportunities for over 300 people. The value of the investment is approximately EUR 10 million.
