Clearwater Paper Corporation Announces Extension of Expiration Date and Results to Date Relating to Cash Tender Offer for Cellu Tissue Holdings, Inc.’s 11½% Senior Secured Notes due 2014
Clearwater Paper Corporation (NYSE:CLW) (“Clearwater Paper”) today announced the extension of the Expiration Date, as well as the results to date, relating to the cash tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) to purchase any and all of Cellu Tissue Holdings, Inc.’s (“Cellu Tissue”) outstanding 11½% Senior Secured Notes due 2014 (the “Cellu Notes”).
