Toyo Ink Realigns US Printing Ink Business For Greater Marketing and Production Synergies and Efficiencies

Toyo Ink International Corp., the holding company for the Americas operations of the Toyo Ink Group, announced today a strategic realignment of its printing inks operations, a move designed to better align the company’s marketing and production activities and improve its ability to bring new products, technologies and services to its global customer base. The realignment will enable better consolidation of its product offerings, promoting a more coordinated market approach and reduced operational redundancies.

Valspar Announces Price Increase for Liquid Coil and Extrusion Coatings

The Valspar Corporation (NYSE:VAL) has announced price increases for their liquid coil and extrusion coatings product line effective April 1 and March 1, 2011 respectively. The increases range from 6-10% depending on the product type. The increases are the result of rising costs of raw materials.

Meech Launches Static Control System at ICE USA 2011

Meech International is to use ICE USA 2011, April 6-8, Florida, to launch into the American market the 904CM, a highly effective monitoring unit for its AC ionizing systems of which many thousands are in use in the graphic arts, packaging, converting, plastic and pharmaceutical industries.
