Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. to Raise Prices for Polyester and Vinyl Ester Resins in North America

Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. has announced that effective April 11, 2011, it will raise prices for unsaturated polyester resins six cents per pound, vinyl ester resins by eight cents per pound, and brominated fire retardant polyesters and vinyl esters 12 cents per pound.

Celanese US Holdings LLC Announces Commencement of Exchange Offer
