Neschen & ArtSystems Form New Alliance to Strengthen UK Presence

Although Neschen AG already has a presence in the UK & Ireland through its distributors, Nottingham-based ArtSystems will now also be assuming responsibility for the sale of all Neschen branded products. The company has 56 members of staff and sells digital printers by HP and Canon, also supplying end users with the relevant peripherals and consumables throughout the UK & Ireland.

PE Paper Announces Results Of Its Cash Tender Offer

PE Paper Escrow GmbH (“PE Paper”, “we”, “us”, or the “Company”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sappi Limited, announces the results of its offer to purchase for cash (the “Offer”) up to $700 million principal amount of its outstanding U.S. dollar-denominated 12.00% Senior Secured Notes due 2014 (the “Dollar Notes”) and euro-denominated 11.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2014 (the “Euro Notes” and, together with the Dollar Notes, the “Notes”). The Offer was made upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the offer to purchase dated June 20, 2012, as amended (the “Offer to Purchase”) and the related Letter of Transmittal also dated June 20, 2012. Capitalised terms used in this announcement have the meanings ascribed to them in the Offer to Purchase and the related Letter of Transmittal.

FIFTEEN GRAPHICS INSTALLERS ACHIEVE AVERY DENNISON CAR WRAP CERTIFICATION

Avery Dennison announced today that 15 graphic installers passed the Avery Dennison Car Wrap Certification exams given in Canada and the U.S this year. The certification is a two-part test that includes a written exam and hands-on vehicle wrap installation demonstration. Since launching the program in 2011, over 40 installers across the U.S. and Canada have joined been achieved Avery Dennison Car Wrap Certification.
