Treofan makes non-binding offer to acquire Max Specialty Films

Treofan has offered to acquire a 100% stake in Max Speciality Films, the bi-axially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film division of Max India Limited, one of India’s leading multi-business conglomerates. The Board of Max India today approved the divestment of Max Speciality Films to Treofan, which develops and sells BOPP films in over 90 countries around the world has already production facilities in Europe and the Americas.
