Novelis Inc. announced today that it has increased the Total Consideration in its previously announced tender offer and consent solicitation for its 11.50% Senior Notes Due 2015 (the “11.50% Notes”) to $1,258.50 for each $1,000 principal amount of 11.50% Notes validly tendered and not validly withdrawn and accepted for purchase pursuant to the tender offer at or prior to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Wednesday, December 8, 2010, unless extended or earlier terminated by Novelis (such time and date, as the same may be extended or earlier terminated, the “Consent Deadline”).
Reference is made to the notification sent 6 December 2010 regarding a potential new bond issue by Schibsted ASA.
Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (DNP), NTT DOCOMO, INC. and CHI Group Co., Ltd. (CHI) announced today an agreement to establish on December 21 a joint-venture firm named 2Dfacto, Inc. that will begin selling electronic books online from early January 2011. Thereafter, they further aim to establish 2Dfacto as a brand-new type of fully integrated digital/physical hybrid bookstore to sell electronic and printed books within 2011.
