Bong AB: Bong strengthens its presence in Denmark through the acquisition of Egå Offset
Bong (STO:BONG) has on January 3rd 2011 acquired all the shares in the Danish envelope- and printing company Egå Offset in Aarhus. Through the acquisition Bong acquires an envelope printing facility and becomes a major supplier of printed envelopes in all of Denmark through its Danish subsidiary Bong Bjørnbak A/S.
