Packaging Corporation of America (NYSE: PKG) announced today that Charles J. (Jack) Carter has been named Vice President, Containerboard with responsibility for the company’s four containerboard mills and support operations.
Steve Hoover has been named chief executive officer of the Palo Alto Research Center, A Xerox Company (NYSE: XRX). Hoover’s appointment follows previous CEO Mark Bernstein’s retirement from PARC.
