Printing Industries of America Announces Addition of Konica Minolta to National Buying Program

Printing Industries of America (PIA) is pleased to announce the addition of Konica Minolta Business Solutions to its National Buying Program. Building on the existing partnership of the two organizations, Konica Minolta will now offer considerable discounts to PIA members on more than two dozen of its bizhub and Accurio digital production printers.

Insolvency Zanders GmbH: restructuring process continues

After the request of the management of the Zanders GmbH for opening of in- solvency proceedings, Cologne District Court had first appointed lawyer Dr. Marc dAvoine to the appraiser on 22 June 2018 and then to the provisional insolvency administrator in the insolvency opening proceedings Zanders GmbH. In addition, enforcement measures are prohibited.

Gruppo Cordenons acquired by Bain Capital

Gruppo Cordenons , a leading Italian-based creative and technical paper producer has added an important step to its development strategy by accepting the acquisition proposal from Bain Capital Private Equity – the same firm that recently took over Fedrigoni. The closing of the transaction will take place following customary regulatory approvals.

Premiere of the PrintCity Alliance in Poland is a resounding success

The PrintCity Alliance participated for the first time in the Packaging Innovations trade fair in Warsaw, Poland, on 17 and 18 April. The members were very pleased with the results and are planning to attend as a team again in 2019.
