Fernando de Yarza elected President of WAN-IFRA

During the 71st WAN-IFRAs annual Congress in Glasgow, Scotland, Fernando de Yarza Lpez-Madrazo, President of Henneo in Spain, was elected President of WAN-IFRA, the World Association of News Publishers. WAN-IFRA also appointed a new President and a new Vice President of the World Editors Forum. Fourteen executives from leading news media companies were also elected to new terms on the Board of WAN-IFRA.

Personnel change in the Management Board

In its meeting, the Supervisory Board of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG has consented to the amicable termination of the board position of the companys long-time CFO, Mr. Dirk Kaliebe, as of 30 September 2019. Kaliebe had informed the Supervisory Board that he was not seeking to renew his current contract, which expires in the calendar year 2021.

Neschen continues to grow with the acquisition of Netra AG

Neschen Coating GmbH is part of the Blue Cap Group and is a manufacturer of printing media, functional and repair films, laminators and industrial coating solutions. Neschen Coating GmbH is taking over the Swiss Netra AG and is thus expanding its European sales activities with a further European location. The Swiss company is integrated into the distribution network of the Filmolux subsidiaries of Neschen.
