Ennis Signs Agreement to Acquire Folder Express
Ennis, Inc. (NYSE: EBF), today announced that it has executed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Folder Express (www.folderexpress.com) from Wright Printing Company of Omaha, Nebraska. The closing, which is expected to be on or before September 30, 2013, is subject to the completion of normal pre-closing items. Folder Express will continue to operate at its current location in Omaha, Nebraska.

Cenveo Completes Sale of Custom Envelope Group to Ennis, Inc.
Cenveo, Inc. (NYSE: CVO) today announced that it has completed the previously announced sale of its Custom Envelope Group to Ennis, Inc. (NYSE: EBF), manufacturer of printed business products & apparel headquartered in Midlothian, Texas. For 2013 and prior periods, the company will be reporting the Custom Envelope Group as a discontinued operation in the consolidated financial statements.
