International Paper Acquires Remaining Shares of Orsa IP Embalagens in Brazil
International Paper (NYSE: IP) has acquired the remaining 25% of shares of Orsa International Paper Embalagens S.A. from its joint venture partner, Brazilian pulp and packaging producer Jari Celulose, Embalagens e Papel S.A.

Cenveo Expands Operations in St. Louis
Cenveo, a world leader in commercial offset, digital print, and packaging services based in Stamford, CT, announced the expansion of its St. Louis operations. Cenveo will invest $4 million, adding new jobs, innovative equipment, and an additional 44,000 square feet to the already 220,000 square foot facility located in Eureka, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis.

A. Schulman Reports Strong Fiscal 2014 Second Quarter
Net income from continuing operations for the second quarter of fiscal 2014 was $6.5 million, or $0.22 per diluted share; adjusted net income from continuing operations for the second quarter of fiscal 2014, excluding certain items, was $11.3 million, or $0.39 per diluted share, a 39% improvement over the prior-year quarter

Cenveo Provides Update
In September 2013, Cenveo, Inc. (NYSE: CVO) acquired certain assets of National Envelope (“NEC”) through the bankruptcy process. As part of the consideration for the acquisition, Cenveo issued approximately 2.1 million shares to the debt holders of National Envelope.
