They have chosen a path of long-term development based on values of social responsibility, innovation and industrial growth. The buyout has taken place through a new form of Industrial and Innovation Capital Management (CMII in French). They have the backing of new investors.

Graphics of the Americas Expo & Conference (GOA) today announces that it has been named to Trade Show News Network (TSNN)’s Top 250 Trade Show List. ThermoFlexX continues expansion
ThermoFlexX is continuing its recent programme of expansion with the addition of Bart Calis, who has been appointed Product Manager Flexo Prepress with responsibility for promoting ThermoFlexX imagers. For 17 years he worked at leading Belgium repro house Athena Graphics, the last five as technical director, and for much of this time he specialised in the development of new software and hardware technologies. This included pioneering work into process automation and online repro services.
