Rock-Tenn Reports Higher Income on Strong Sales Increase for the First Quarter of Fiscal 2008

Rock-Tenn Company (NYSE:RKT) today reported earnings for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 of $0.46 per diluted share. The Company reported net income of $17.5 million, or $0.46 per diluted share, for the first quarter of fiscal 2008 compared to $15.1 million, or $0.39 per diluted share, for the prior year quarter.

After 23 Years as CEO, Sandra Brant to Sell Her Interest in Brant Publications

Sandra Brant, longtime CEO, president and publisher of Brant Publications announced that she will sell her interest in the company to her co-owner, ex-husband Peter Brant. Océ announces its intention to voluntarily terminate its listings in Germany and Switzerland

Océ N.V. (“Océ”), a leading international company in printing and document management organized under the laws of the Netherlands, today announced its intention to voluntarily terminate the listings of its ordinary shares for quotation on the Stock Exchanges in Germany (Frankfurt and Düsseldorf) and Switzerland (SWX Swiss Exchange) and filed a request for delisting with the relevant Stock Exchanges.

Master’s thesis on Metso’s environmental responsibility is Europe’s best

Kaisa Jungman’s (M.Sc.) thesis about Metso’s supply chain has been granted the Best Master’s Thesis Award in Paris. The French Forum pour l’Investissement Responsable, FIR (Social Investment Forum) has chosen the master’s thesis written by Jungman, a Helsinki University of Technology graduate, as Europe’s best thesis with a sustainability focus. In her master’s thesis, Jungman studied the supply chains of Metso’s different industry segments from an environmental perspective.
