During the general meeting of shareholders of Royal Ten Cate (TenCate) in Almelo on Thursday, 17 April 2014, Mr E.J.F. Bos was appointed member of the Executive Board, with the title of Chief Financial Officer, for a period of four years. Ms M.J. Oudeman was appointed member of the Supervisory Board of TenCate, also for a term of four years.
