Multi-Color Announces Impact to Earnings per Share from Acquisition of Collotype International Holdings
Multi-Color Corporation (NASDAQ:LABL) announced today that its acquisition of Collotype International Holdings Pty. Ltd. (“Collotype”) is expected to close by the end of February 2008. Both parties are in the process of finalizing closing documentation to satisfy the conditions and other closing deliveries required by the purchase agreement.
