M & F Worldwide Corp. (NYSE:MFW) today announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of the Data Management business of Pearson plc for $225 million in cash, subject to post-closing adjustments. M & F Worldwide financed the acquisition with cash on hand.

As of May 1, 2008, he will also become the head of the global Competence Center Environment, Health and Safety as the successor of Ernst Schwanhold (59).
