The plan is designed to nearly double DuPonts earnings growth rate and increase shareholder value over the next three years.

RR Donnelley Completes Purchase Of Pro Line Printing, Inc.

R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (NYSE: RRD) today announced that it has completed its previously announced purchase of Pro Line Printing, Inc., a multi-facility, privately held producer of retail inserts. The acquisition agreement was announced on February 27, 2008.
