Decisions by the German Federal Labour Court concerning Agfa-Gevaert
The Federal Labour Court in Erfurt (Germany) has decided on three cases on March 20th, 2008. Former employees of AgfaPhoto GmbH sued Agfa-Gevaert NV & Co. KG for compensation and/or damages. Subject to the motivation of the Federal Labour Court judgments, to be released at a later date, Agfa-Gevaert states:

NewPage Fourth Quarter Sales Up 26 Percent
NewPage Corporation (NewPage) today announced its financial results of operations for the fourth quarter and the full year 2007. Net sales were $652 million in the fourth quarter of 2007 compared to $519 million in the fourth quarter of 2006, an increase of 25.6%.

Kodaks Graphic Communications Group Appoints Julian Baust as UK Managing Director
Kodaks Graphic Communications Group (GCG) announces that Julian Baust has been appointed Managing Director for its UK business. Bausts appointment is effective from1st May. He replaces Dave Wigfield, who was appointed leader of the GCG United States and Canada Region earlier this year.
