The Renz group from Heubach has new direction

A group of private entrepreneurs has acquired the shares of the company Renz GmbH from Heubach. Managing Director, Michael Schubert (42), belongs to the group of new shareholders and is also responsible for sales, marketing and development. The new appointment of Georg Saint- Denis (49), takes over as CEO of the Renz group. The management team is expected to be completed in the coming months by a new CFO.
