TietoEnator’s four biggest Finnish shareholders reject Cidron Services’ public tender offer
TietoEnator’s four biggest Finnish institutional shareholders, OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative, Society of Swedish Literature in Finland, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company and The State Pension Fund, have announced today that they will not accept the public tender offer made by Cidron Services Oy. Together these shareholders own 8.7% of the company’s shares.
