Staples Declares the Offer for all Outstanding Securities of Corporate Express Unconditional
Staples, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPLS) and its wholly owned subsidiary Staples Acquisition B.V. and Corporate Express N.V. jointly announce that Staples Acquisition B.V. declares unconditional (doet gestand) the recommended offer made by Staples Acquisition B.V. for certain securities issued by Corporate Express N.V.
