Dan Sherlock Named Baseline StudioSystems President

The New York Times announced today that Dan Sherlock has been named president of Baseline StudioSystems, effective July 21st. In his new role, he will be responsible for all aspects of site operations including production, business development, sales and marketing, and management of the editorial team. He will report to Vivian Schiller, senior vice president and general manager, NYTimes.com.

Hyland Software Acquires Liberty Information Management Systems

Hyland Software, the developer of the OnBase(R) enterprise content management (ECM) software suite, today announced that the company has acquired Liberty Information Management Systems (Liberty IMS). The transaction was private and terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
