At today’s session, the Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA General Meeting newly elected Murat Cetin (36) to the company’s Supervisory Board. Cetin is Chairman of the Works Council at Arvato Direct Services Dortmund GmbH and also chairs a General Works Council at Arvato Services. He succeeds Horst Keil (former Chairman of the Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA Corporate Works Council), who left the Board in May 2014, as employee representative on the Supervisory Board of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. The Supervisory Board therefore has five employee representatives again as before.
