(“Glass Lewis), Egan-Jones Proxy Services (“Egan-Jones”) and Proxy Governance, Inc. (“PGI”), have recommended that X-Rite shareholders vote “for” the following proposals, which are further described in the proxy statement, dated September 26, 2008:
