Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE:WY) announced today the commencement of cash tender offers to purchase up to $700 million principal amount of selected securities in its debt portfolio.

Polestar has formed a strategic alliance with a Tokyo-based printing group, Vanfu Inc, a supplier of business print, creative and fulfilment services. The alliance, which sees a partnership covering the Asian and European print production markets, centres around Polestars experience, print management skills and technology, including HTTprint, as Vanfu develops its own print management business, Synergy Communications, to deliver a concept that is new to the Japanese market.
