Due to continued market difficulties Müller Martini has decided to cease production of printing presses in the first quarter of 2015. The company says that service for existing printing presses will be upheld worldwide. The strategic new direction of the company implies that Müller Martini will concentrate on finishing for the future. They have already boosted their finishing business with the takeover of the service and spare parts business from Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG.
