Johnston Press: Board Changes
Johnston Press plc, one of the leading regional media groups in the UK and Ireland, announces that Ian Russell will succeed Roger Parry as Chairman with effect from 12 March 2009. Simon Waugh will be leaving the Board with effect from 30 January 2009. Roger Parry and Gavin Patterson will not be seeking re-election/election at the AGM.

RockTenn Reports Record Earnings for the First Quarter of Fiscal 2009 of $0.79 Per Share and Record Adjusted Earnings Per Share of $0.96, up 88% over Prior Year Quarter
RockTenn (NYSE:RKT) today reported earnings for the quarter ended December 31, 2008 of $0.79 per diluted share. The Company’s adjusted earnings were $0.96 per diluted share, excluding specific items related to the Southern Container acquisition and other restructuring charges. Adjusted earnings per diluted share increased 88% over the prior year quarter adjusted earnings of $0.51 per diluted share.
