The Board of Directors of Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the companys common stock of 36 cents per share, payable June 12, 2009, to stockholders of record on May 15, 2009; a quarterly cash dividend of 53 cents per share on the companys $2.12 convertible preference stock, payable July 1, 2009, to stockholders of record June 15, 2009, and a quarterly cash dividend of 50 cents per share on the companys 4 percent convertible cumulative preferred stock, payable August 1, 2009, to stockholders of record July 15, 2009.

Tieto and Elisa are strengthening their partnership and have agreed to make Tieto responsible for part of Elisa’s application management services.
David J. Pecker, Chairman, President and CEO of American Media, Inc. (AMI) today announced that Michael Roscoe has been named Chairman of Distribution Services, Inc. (DSI). DSI is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMI and is the leading in-store marketing and merchandising company in the country. Mr. Roscoe will report to Mr. Pecker.
