Fraser Papers Inc. Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE:SEE) announced today that it has successfully completed its previously announced offering of $400 million of senior unsecured notes due 2017 (the “Notes”) pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”). The Notes, with a coupon of 7.875%, were sold to investors at 97.837% of the aggregate principal amount.
