SAKATA INX, INX International Announce Management Promotions

With the retirement of Hiroshi Ota from the Board of Directors of both SAKATA INX and INX International, Dr. Kotaro Morita has been promoted to Mr. Ota’s position as Director of SAKATA’s International Operation Division and Chairman of the Board of INX International. Filling Dr. Morita’s role as Chief Technical Officer, Director of Research and Development for INX International is Yuichi Kataura, who will also serve as Senior Vice President on the INX Board of Directors.

Graphic Packaging International, Inc. Announces Redemption and Prepayment of $20 Million in Aggregate Principal and Interest of 8.5% Senior Notes Due 2011

Graphic Packaging International, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE:GPK), and a leading provider of packaging solutions for a wide variety of products to food, beverage and other consumer products companies, announced today that it will redeem and prepay approximately $20 million in aggregate principal and interest of its 8.5% Senior Notes due 2011 (the “Notes”) on September 4, 2009 (the “Redemption Date”), at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but not including the Redemption Date.
