DyStar Textilfarben GmbH, DyStar Textilfarben GmbH & Co. Deutschland KG as well as DyStar Holdings GmbH – global providers of dyes, auxiliaries and services for the textile and leather processing industry, announced that they have filed an insolvency petition yesterday with the Local Court Frankfurt am Main for the companys business operations located in Germany.
DyStar, the Frankfurt-based chemical company and global supplier of dyes, additives and services for the textile and leather processing industries, can continue supplying its customers.

The foundation ‘Stiftelsen Schibstedansattes Aksjekjøp’ on 23 November 2009 acquired 45,000 shares in Schibsted ASA at an average price of NOK 118.3807.
The employees of the Schibsted group have this year, as earlier years, been offered to buy shares in Schibsted ASA for up to NOK 6,000 at a discounted price. The price was equal to the closing price on November 20th 2009 minus a 20% discount.
