WEYERHAEUSER COMPANY DECLARES DIVIDEND

The board of directors of Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE: WY) on April 15 declared a dividend of 5 cents per share on the common stock of the corporation payable June 1, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business April 30, 2010.
