R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (NASDAQ:RRD) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of 26 cents per common share.

Kai Brettmann (49), Chairman of the RTL Group European Works Council and of the Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland Corporate Works Council, has been appointed to the Bertelsmann AG Supervisory Board. He was elected at an Extraordinary General Meeting held by the company today. Brettmann will take a seat on the board immediately, succeeding Helmut Gettkant.
