HP Inc. (NYSE: HPQ) today announced the appointment of Aida Alvarez to its board of directors, effective immediately. The addition of Alvarez further strengthens the diverse bench of senior talent helping to govern HP. The company’s board now includes five outstanding female leaders, representing 38% of its composition, positioning HP with the most diverse board in the tech sector.

Onyx Graphics and MS Printing Solutions announce collaboration

Onyx Graphics, Inc., and MS Printing Solutions (MS) of Caronno Pertusella, Italy, today announced an agreement to include ONYX Thrive workflow software for the MS-JP3 printer in the graphic market. This model is the MS entry-level printer, with resolutions up to 600 x 600 dpi and print speeds of up to 860 square feet (80 square meters) per hour.

This offer includes the transfer of all technical expertise and product portfolios relating to Siegwerks Heatset and Newsink product lines.

Langley publishes 2015 results

Langley Holdings plc, the diverse engineering and industrial group, today published its IFRS Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December, 2015. The group reported a pre-tax profit of 106.7 million on revenues of 874.5 million. The group had nil debt and almost 330 million of cash reserves at the year end. Tony Langley said in his Chairman’s Review that 2015 had been a “significant milestone” for a number of reasons.

Print4All to debut in Milan in June 2018

The great event scheduled two years from now at Fiera Milano will feature the debut of Print4All, the latest addition to the exhibitions catering to the printing world held from May 29 to June 1 2018 together with Ipack Ima, Plast, Meat Tech and Intralogistica Italia. Print4All is the result of the collaboration between associations ACIMGA (Italian Manufacturers Association of Machinery for the Graphic, Converting and Paper Industry) and Argi (the Graphic Industry Suppliers Association), and combines three long-standing brands showcasing speci c industrial production chains with strong synergies between the respective target markets: Conver ex, Gra talia and Inprinting.
