PRATI announces it has founded PRATI AUTOMATION. The new company will manage the sales & services operations of the full range of PRATI machines in the label and converting industry in US and Canada. PRATI AUTOMATION will make its public debut at Labelexpo Americas.
The shares of Axel Springer AG will be listed within the MDAX from September 20, 2010. This has been decided by the Working Committee Share Indices (“Arbeitskreis Aktienindizes”) of the German Stock Exchange. The company has fulfilled both of the required quantitative selection criteria of market capitalization and stock exchange trading volume since the end of 2009.
