International Paper Declares Dividends

International Paper (NYSE: IP) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share for the period from Oct. 1, 2010, to Dec. 31, 2010, inclusive, on its common stock, par value $1. This dividend is payable on Dec. 15, 2010, to holders of record at the close of business on Nov. 16, 2010.

Toppan Printing develops “Emboss Look G2” – a surface processing technology for paper cartons that has twice the textured feel of previous technologies

Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. (hereafter Toppan Printing; head office: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; President & CEO: Shingo Kaneko), has developed a surface processing technology called “Emboss Look G2” that uses gravure printing and a specially developed thick, clear varnish to create visual effects on paper cartons and a glossy finish with a texture similar to an enamel coating . Sales will be launched from the middle of October 2010.
