Xerox Declares Dividend on Common and Preferred Stock

Xerox Corporation’s (NYSE: XRX) board of directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 4.25 cents per share on Xerox common stock. The dividend is payable on January 28, 2011 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2010.

European telecommunications company invests 340,000 EUR in ReadSoft’s solutions to automate accounts payable processing in Oracle E-Business Suite

ReadSoft’s software to automate accounts payable processes recently became an “Oracle Validated Integration” with Oracle E-Business Suite release 12.1 and more and more Oracle users are now showing interest in the solution. The latest customer to automate accounts payable process in Oracle is a European telecommunications company headquartered in the U.K. The order value is 340,000 EUR and the deal was closed during the third quarter of 2010.
