Kyocera Mita Corporation (President: Katsumi Komaguchi; herein “Kyocera Mita”) announced that the company has acquired all issued shares of TA Triumph-Adler AG (Representative: Takashi Kuki; herein “TA AG”) on October 13, 2010 (German local time). Through this acquisition, TA AG has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kyocera Mita.
