The shareholder structure of Onlineprinters GmbH, one of Europe’s largest B2B online printing companies, is changing. Bregal Unternehmerkapital plans to acquire all shares in the company held by TA Associates Management LP and become the majority shareholder. The parties involved in the acquisition, which is subject to approval by local competition authorities, have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
