A smarter prepress future for DielleStampa

Friday 29. May 2026 - DielleStampa is an Italian printing company based near Naples. The company produces labels, corrugated packaging and a wide range of promotional items for customers across different markets. Over the years, DielleStampa has built its reputation on flexibility, technical expertise and a strong focus on innovation.

This approach has helped the company grow in both traditional label printing and new applications such as digitally printed promotional products. As CEO Giuseppe Rainone explains, “Our goal is to expand our services and offer our customers complete solutions with reliable quality and full traceability.”

DielleStampa recently added a production line for corrugated packaging, including trays, bundles and boxes. The company also invested in a digital printing department to support short runs, personalized items, and variable-data work. This expansion helps the team serve customers in different markets and support new applications such as anti‑counterfeiting features.

Speeding up label and packaging production
To support its growing business, DielleStampa upgraded its prepress workflow and selected Amfortis from ECO3. The company already used two ECO3 CtP systems and Adamas process‑free plates, so the new workflow fits naturally into the existing setup. Amfortis covers all key prepress steps, including preflight, artwork editing, step & repeat, color proofing and rendering. This integration has enabled much higher automation. Rainone highlights the impact clearly:
“Today, in 10 hours, we produce what previously required two shifts. We’ve seen a real productivity boost thanks to faster workflows and automation.”

Label production represents most of the company’s output, and Amfortis has become central to this work. Automated step&repeat reduces manual control of CtP plates, while integration with the MIS provides real-time tracking of every step. This transparency supports quality, scheduling and cost control. The workflow also improves packaging production. It comes with smart grids that automatically adjust to the die layout, making imposition creation quick and easy. Operators can generate prototypes directly from their workstations. “Connecting the software to our cutting plotter gives us a huge advantage,” Rainone explains. “It speeds up prototyping and helps us optimize production.”

Service and support that make the difference
The transition to Amfortis was supported closely by ECO3. The company provided guidance, extended testing time and quick training for the prepress team. According to Rainone, “ECO3 was very flexible. We could run the new workflow next to the old one, and in the end, it was the operators themselves who asked to switch fully.” The intuitive design and stable performance of the workflow helped the team adopt it quickly.

DielleStampa continues to rely on ECO3 CtP systems and Adamas process‑free plates. The plates eliminate the need for chemicals, water and post‑processing, reducing environmental impact and simplifying plate handling. “Adamas plates are environmentally friendly and safer for operators,” Rainone says. “We use them for conventional and UV offset without changing the setup.”

A partnership built for long-term growth
For DielleStampa, the investment in Amfortis confirms its commitment to efficiency and quality. It also strengthens a long-standing partnership. “ECO3 supports us step by step,” Rainone concludes. “They propose improvements, provide technical assistance and help us stay competitive.”
