Plockmatic Group acquires Renz to strengthen product portfolio

Monday 30. June 2025 - Today we are happy to announce that Plockmatic Group has signed an agreement to acquire Chr. Renz GmbH, with subsidiaries in UK, Australia, Argentina and Turkey, a globally renowned brand within ring wire binding machines and supplies,

Following some challenging years for Renz, we truly believe that Plockmatic Group will be a solid new owner to Renz, with potential to strengthen the offering and create conditions for a well-functioning business going forward. Renz will be able to benefit from Plockmatic Group´s strengths within key areas such as sales & marketing, technical support, sourcing, production, R&D and sustainability. At the same time, the Renz product portfolio and sales organization will complement Plockmatic Group´s current offering in a natural way and give us access to a strong local sales organization in Germany.
Closing of the transaction is expected to take place during Q3 and we look forward to welcoming all the Renz employees, customers and suppliers to the Plockmatic Group family.
