The new line includes two flexo units, a high-speed VOLO semi-rotary die cutter, an easy waste removal system, and a Screen Sai S for digital printing. Marani emphasizes how this setup is transformative for the company: “The ability to print various jobs with the same die and manage multiple variants without relying on offline finishing gives us a huge competitive edge. We can quickly meet the demands of a highly dynamic market.”
Operating in industries like retail, food, personal care, and dual labels, Etikmar has also achieved significant savings by eliminating the need for plates and setups. “With this new technology, not only are we reducing production costs, but we can also split production runs, offering greater flexibility without compromising on quality,” Marani adds.
