Partnering for Efficiency: Vits Technology GmbH and MÜNZING CHEMIE GmbH

Thursday 01. June 2023 - As of May 2023, Vits Technology GmbH and MÜNZING CHEMIE GmbH announce their cooperation in the field of product development for process technology and additives for wood processing. Together, major advances are to be achieved in the field of decorative paper coating.

Vits Technology, which belongs to the globally active Deurotech Group, is the world market leader in the field of impregnation systems for decor papers and also offers customised solutions for coating, non-contact drying and cross-cutting of web-shaped materials such as filter paper, painter’s crepe or even glass fleece. For the further development of its systems and processes, the system provider relies on the cooperation with MÜNZING CHEMIE as a strategic chemical partner.
MÜNZING CHEMIE, for its part, develops and globally distributes additives for wood processing in various application areas such as laminates, wood panels and wood-based materials.
The focus of the cooperation is on the development of chemistry and process technology in partnership in order to achieve optimal results for the joint customers. “Holistic solutions are to be offered instead of individual products” is how Dr. Jürgen Daiß, head of the FENTAK Processing Additives business unit at MÜNZING CHEMIE, describes the objective of the partnership.
